The former MotoGP rider<\/strong>, now 35 years old, has been appointed Motorcycle Manager at Zelos. He puts his experience and expertise to work for young Belgian talents, both those competing today in the world championship and those who will take up the mantle in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Xavier Sim\u00e9on will mentor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zelos.be\/en\/barry-baltus\/\">Barry Baltus<\/a> (Moto2) in his career. He will also take on a coaching role with the ASBL<a href=\"https:\/\/www.belgianmotorcycleacademy.be\/\"> Belgian Motorcycle Academy<\/a> (BMA). Additionally, he participates in the development of the Supermoto section, which aims to replicate the successful model established in Road Racing to become a pioneer in Belgium: creating a pathway, identifying, training, and promoting young up-and-coming riders.
