Hij zal zijn ervaring en expertise ten dienste stellen van jong Belgisch talent. Zowel degenen die momenteel deelnemen aan de wereldkampioenschappen als degenen die het in de toekomst zullen overnemen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Xavier Sim\u00e9on zal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zelos.be\/nl\/barry-baltus\/\"><strong>Barry Baltus<\/strong><\/a> (Moto2) begeleiden in zijn carri\u00e8re. Hij heeft ook een rol als coach in de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.belgianmotorcycleacademy.be\/nl\/\"><strong>Belgian Motorcycle Academy (BMA)<\/strong><\/a>. Tot slot is hij betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van de Supermoto-sectie, om ook in deze discipline een pionier in Belgi\u00eb te worden: Oprichting van het programma, detectie, opleiding en promotie van jonge opkomende piloten.
